Yep. I found a PDF lying about, a drawing guide by none other than the great Stan Lee. In it he goes down to the very basics. Being someone who's still struggling to draw decent circles, this suited me perfectly
He says that beginners should learn to look at objects as a collection of nothing more than 3D Cubes, Spheres and Cylinders. Once we're good at drawing anything using these basic forms (with appropriate shading for depth, of course) it would be possible to come up with more detailed drawings.

Relating to the previous journal entry, my dad was diagnosed with what the doctors seem to believe to be eye cancer. We're still considering various options for treatment and looking for better second opinions. Coz ocular melanoma is so mind bogglingly rare.

Must ditch Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for the Gimp and Inkscape.
